Sea Turtles are the topic at BMES Library

Author Paul Lowery shared the latest scientific information about endangered sea turtles common to our beaches with BMES students. Students particularly enjoyed his explanation of how satellites are used to track the turtles swimming through the Caribbean Sea.  The BMES Library has adopted two turtles and will continue to monitor their paths throughout the school year.  Top Accelerated Reader point earners and Mrs. Rieben's Literature Circle students attended the sessions.
